Every item will be gone through quality check before courier out. Please do note that, there are still chances on not obvious defects / minor dirt stains (<1cm) on the product. Hence, if still any minor / not obvious defects found, we are sincerely apologies that no exchange service will be provided for it. 

1. This policy is NOT APPLICABLE on 'SALES' item. 

2. Refund is only applicable when the products is out of stock / no longer available.

3. Exchange is allowable only for the following circumstances:

1. Major dirt / stains (> 1cm).

2. Faulty zipper, broken button, open seam, scratched, torn.

1. Chicory Space gave you the wrong size / products from what you have ordered. 

1. Please check your parcel as soon as possible once you received.

2. Kindly inform us if you have found defects / wrong order within 3 days upon received. 

3. Kindly inform us through helpdesk [email protected] or DM us on Instagram @chicory_space with the template below: 

  • Order number

  • Product Name

  •  Description

  • Photo of defective / wrong products

4. We will inform you through email / DM if we would like you to return the item to us in exchange for a new item. 

5. Delivery fees will be borne by Chicory Space.

1. Please do not return the product prior notifying us. 

2. Please do ensure that the product are unwashed / unaltered and with their tag intact. 

3. All products that subjected for exchange should be delivered to Chicory Space within 5 working days after received date.

4. Received date refers to tracking status of the particular parcel. 

5. Failure to comply the aforementioned will resulted in forfeited of exchange service.
