Q : Are all items in ready stock?

A : All items are in ready stock and some are in re-stocking status. Please do check on the item availability before place order.


Q :  Are the pictures uploaded in Website / Instagram taken from elsewhere? 

A : No, all the pictures are originally taken by Chicory Space. What you see in the photo is what you get for your purchase :) 


Q : May I know about Model's size? 

A :  Model is 160cm / 50kg. Wearing M size for most of the items.


Q : How much is the postage and which courier Chicory Space using? 

A : For WM - flat rate RM 8 
     For EM - flat rate RM 13 
     For SG - first 3 pcs - MYR45 (SGD14) 
                  - subsequently, every 2 pcs - MYR 5 (SGD 3)


Q : How long do I have to wait in order to get my parcel? 

A : All confirmed orders (READY STOCK) will be process within 1-3 days after payment is validate. For WM, parcel should be receive within 3 - 5 days. For EM, parcel should be received within 7 - 10 days. For SG, parcel should be received within 7 - 14 days. 


Q : How long do I have to wait if my order consisted of ready stock & preorder/back order items 

A : Pre-order / Back-order items usually will be arrive within 14-21 days. We will be constantly update you on the status of your order! All items will be courier to you at one after we received the complete items for your order.


Q : Is it possible that I wanted to change my delivery address after checkout?

A : Please do DM us immediately through Instagram ONLY. We will manually change it for you if the parcel have not yet send out. 


Q : What should I do if I found out that my orders incorrect from what I ordered / are torn / with obvious dirt stain / faulty zipper / broken button / open seam / scratched / torn.

A : We sincerely apologies on the inconvenience. Kindly read through Return & Exchange Policy for details on terms & conditions / steps for exchange services.


Q : I purchased the wrong size /  This clothes doesn't looks nice on me /  I don't like the clothes 

A : Sincerely apologies that the above circumstances are not subjected for exchange / returned service. Kindly be extra cautious to your cart before proceed for check out :)
